Don’t Mourn, Organize! is a small leather crafting company I started in 2008. I set out to craft quality leather goods in the spirit of the labor movement. I live in Utah and have known the Joe Hill story as long as I can remember which is from where I borrowed the name of my company.

I try to find leather and hardware from the best sources available. Most of my leather comes from American and British tanneries. I use stainless steel, brass, and copper hardware because it is the most durable.
